What Job Profit Guard is
Job Profit Guard is a job-management and decision-support tool for contractors. It tracks your jobs, costs and progress, and it surfaces projections, warnings and suggestions to help you protect your margin.
What it is not
Profit projections, warnings, AI-detected extra work, scope analyses, change orders and final job reports may be incomplete or wrong. They are not legal, tax, accounting or contractual advice. Figures the app projects are estimates built from the records you enter — not a promise about how a job will turn out.
Your responsibilities
You remain responsible for checking every figure before relying on it, obtaining your customer's approval before performing extra work, the accuracy of what you enter, and every business decision you make. Review each AI suggestion before saving it — the app is built to require this, and the requirement is part of these terms.
Your content
The records, photos and files you add stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you. Only upload photos and documents you have the right to use.
Crew
Owners decide who joins their crew and which jobs each crew member can file days on, and are responsible for how their crew use the app for their business. Removing a crew member ends their access; the days they filed stay in the owner's records.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are sold through Google Play. Google handles billing, renewals and refunds under its own policies; cancel any time in Google Play. Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription.
Your account
Keep your sign-in method secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You can export your data and delete your account at any time from the app.
Beta service
Job Profit Guard is provided as a beta: features may change and availability is not guaranteed. We work to keep your data safe and the service reliable, but the service is provided as-is, and to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service.
