What Job Profit Guard is
Job Profit Guard is a job-management and decision-support tool for contractors. It tracks your jobs, costs, and progress, and it surfaces projections and suggestions to help you protect your margin.
What it is not
Profit projections, risk flags, AI-detected extra work, scope analyses, and generated change orders may be incomplete or wrong. They are not legal, tax, accounting, or contractual advice. Figures the app projects are estimates built from the records you enter — they are not a promise about how a job will turn out.
Your responsibilities
You remain responsible for checking every figure before relying on it, obtaining your customer's approval before performing extra work, the accuracy of what you enter, and every business decision you make. Review each AI suggestion before saving it — the app is built to require this, and the requirement is part of these terms.
Your account
Keep your sign-in method secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account and data at any time from Settings.
Beta service
Job Profit Guard is provided as a beta: features may change, and availability is not guaranteed. We work to keep your data safe and the service reliable, but the service is provided as-is, and to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service.
