Delete your account

In the app
Owners: open Account → Delete account and data. Your business and everything in it — jobs, check-ins, change orders, photos, receipts, reports and conversations — are deleted immediately, and your crew lose access.
Crew: open Account → Delete my account. Your account is deleted immediately; days you filed stay in your boss's records without your name.
Without the app
Email support@jobprofitguard.app from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm it is you, then delete the account and its data within 30 days.

What is kept
Nothing that belongs to the deleted account, with two exceptions: days a crew member filed stay in their boss's job records without their name, and our nightly database backups are kept for 14 days, so deleted data is gone from them within 14 days.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
